Want to throw a Kentucky Derby party? Try these 6 tips from two party experts, by Kirby Adams (Louisville Courier Journal)

His most recent, “The Bourbon Country Cookbook, New Southern Entertaining,” is chock full of Southern-inspired recipes for food and cocktails, stories of the region and many of his favorite entertaining tips.
