I’m not going anywhere today; granted, not everyone has this luxury, but I intend to enjoy it. Agenda items include reading, writing, music and a pot of potato and leek soup, with an adult libation or two a bit later in the evening.
As I scroll through the social media posts, it unsurprisingly appears to be a coin toss as to which food and drink businesses will be open today. Assumptions are inadvisable, so check with your destination before embarking.
