(Publisher/Founder) After a ten-year career in the Navy, John Carlos returned to Louisville where he became a fixture in the market’s media landscape. After a decade working in radio broadcasting, he found his love for print while serving as Vice President of Louisville Eccentric Observer Newspaper (LEO) for three years. In 2003 John Carlos founded Food & Dining Magazine. He is a very hands-on Publisher working closely with the editors on content, going to the majority of photoshoots, and is the lead graph design for the magazine.
