It only seems like Biscuit Belly has been around for years, because the eatery opened just six months ago in NuLu. Now there’s a second location debuting today in St. Matthews (3723 Lexington Road in the Vogue Center) — and more to come.

Food & Dining somehow caught Biscuit Belly’s co-founder Chad Coulter on the run and asked him what’s next.
“After the success of the Nulu location, we believe that Biscuit Belly has the components for a highly successful scaleable model,” Coulter texted. “We are looking at surrounding cities for our next locations and hope to have six open by the end of 2020.”
