As reported in the CJ, The Shop has opened at 2708 Frankfort Ave in Crescent Hill (web; Fb). The web site offers an “eat local” list complete with links to order, and I’m assuming this represents a carry-in food option.

(The Shop) is all about local and regional craft beer. The 2,000-square-foot building, the former site of Eat Your Bourbon Marketplace, doubles as a bottle shop and beer bar with 12 rotating taps…The Shop has seating for about 40 people, who can also enjoy a wall filled with local artwork and books available about beer and wine. In the future, The Shop will host tap takeovers, chef dinners, beer and food pairings and other events.
