Between new openings, chef shuffles, occasional scuffles and an overabundance of dishes with truffles, we never get tired of looking into, reporting on and eating up this great industry.
In 2013 we saw 111 new restaurants open their doors, while we bid farewell to 68 spots.
Since it might take us 25 weeks to revisit everything that happened last year, we’ve whittled down our list of memorable events to just a handful.
