Captain’s Quarters, 5700 Captain’s Quarters Drive,  hosts the third annual Jill’s Wish Derby Cocktail Party to celebrate Jill Conley and to raise funds for Jill’s Wish — an organization that helps those battling breast cancer —  on Saturday, April 28 from 6:30 p.m. to midnight.  This year’s party with a purpose welcomes once again the locally and nationally loved “America’s Got Talent” stars – Linkin’ Bridge, another “America’s Got Talent” 2017star, Marisa McKay age 13 and Country Cover Band, Jordan Bales and Soul Circus!

The evening will feature a special cocktail, the Ballotin “Mint Jillep” with Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey, and nibbles provided by Captain’s Quarters include:

Apps: Smoked salmon, wings, raw veggie tray, assorted smoked sausages & cheeses, chili wontons, queso, salsa and fresh fruit
Main:  Brisket smoked pork loin, jerk chicken breast, Grilled Tri-Tip w/ southwest dipping sauce, Grilled pork shanks w/ Bourbon sauce Shrimp, and other seafood’s, Grilled portabella.
Desserts:  Derby pie, Bourbon bread pudding, and other delights
