We are just over a week into the new year, and there are a handful of Louisville restaurant openings, closings and changes to report.
Bendoya Sushibar, 217 S 5th St., has closed and now has a “for lease” sign displayed. They posted on Facebook that Chef Paul wants something new in 2018 with a promise to return.
Amici, 316 W. Ormsby St., has a new owner, as reported in this article by the Courier Journal.
Ramsi’s Cafe On The World, 1293 Bardstown Rd., will no longer have lunch hours Monday through Thursday. Their new hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and their weekend hours will remain the same. ( Hours are 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Sunday brunch is 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They are open again for Sunday dinner from 3 to 11 p.m.) You can read more about why they made the change in this Louisville Insider article.
