The inaugural Louisville Taco Week came about in 2021, making this year’s iteration the fourth, which starts today (April 15).
Why the whole week? The organizers have your answer: “Because Taco Tuesday Isn’t Enough.”
Participating restaurants include Agave & Rye, Bakersfield, Bandido Taqueria Mexicana, Biscuit Belly, Cask Southern Bar & Grill, Condado Tacos, Down One Bourbon Bar, El Catrin Mexican Kitchen, First Watch, Fistful of Ale, I Love Pollo, I Love Tacos, La Suerte, Limon y Sal, Mulligan’s Glenmary, Senor Iguanas (Clarksville and Okolona/Outer Loop), Taco City Louisville, Tin Roof, and Zombie Taco.
The restaurants will feature $2.50 tacos all week long, some offering different taco options. El Jimador Tequila is the event sponsor, and specialty margaritas will be available for purchase at selected restaurants. If you check in at four or more of the restaurants during the week, you’ll be automatically entered to win a grand prize comprised of gift cards and swag.
