The Summer 2023 issue of Food & Dining Magazine — our 20th Anniversary issue — is now available in all the familiar places: Louisville area eateries and food shops, newsstands and online.
Nic & Norman’s opens today (June 26) at 5:00 p.m. at its new downtown home of 108 W. Washington St. in Whiskey Alley (Nic & Norman’s at Facebook).
In March we previewed this casual dining restaurant, which boasts a decidedly unique Hollywood back story. Nic & Norman’s bill of fare has been described as Southern-inspired, including menu items like fried fish, a Coca Cola-braised pork shank, meat loaf, and an assortment of burgers. One of the latter, the Frito Chili Smashburger, has been chosen as today’s cover photo.
