The popular NuLu coffee spot and breakfast place, Please & Thank You, is opening another location, at 2341 Frankfort Ave., to be called Please and Thank You on the Avenue. It is located in the space that for many years was a TV repair shop right between El Mundo and Con Huevos, and will be open tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 26.
The menu offerings will be the same as at the Market St. site – except for the important omission of no records or listening stations at On the Avenue. Please & Thank You gets their coffee from the local roastery Good Folks, but bakes their own pastries (and also supplies baked goods to Quills, Sunergos and Grind).
Future plans for P&TY On the Avenue include offering cake and champagne, but that option will not be available on opening day.
