Olé Hospitality Group is a major player in Louisville, owing and operating Taco Luchador, Guaca Mole, La Bodeguita de Mima, Steak and Bourbon and Señora Arepa. 

According to Michael L. Jones at Louisville Business First, Olé is making a few roster moves: Taco Luchador closes Highlands restaurant, puts another location on the market.

The Taco Luchador at 938 Baxter Ave. has closed after eight years in operation (and) Olé has applied for a liquor license for a new Señora Arepa restaurant at the same Baxter Avenue location.

But Jones also has a potentially relevant morsel about the Taco Luchador at 10305 Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown (there’s another in St. Matthews at 112 Meridian Ave.)

The more than 2,400-square-foot Taylorsville Road property is on the market for $1.25 million. It is owned by M Group Louisville LLC, which is also owned by Moir along with Fernando Martinez and Yaniel Martinez, two other Olé partners.
