High Stakes Grill, which opened yesterday (July 18), is the full-service rooftop restaurant and event space at Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu, located in the NuLu Yard development across the street from the Rabbit Hole Distillery.

High Stakes restaurant hours:
- Tuesday through Thursday: 4:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 4:00 p.m. to midnight.
- Social hour is Tuesday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
