Upscale breakfast chain, Broken Egg, looking at Louisville for expansion.

Destin, Fla.-based Another Broken Egg, an upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, with 23 restaurants across the southeast, is looking to expand to Louisvllle.

Copia LLC, an Indianapolis-based franchisee of Another Broken Egg of America restaurants, has plans for at least one location here, according to Kevin Armantrout, COO of Copia. Read the rest of the story here.
