Thirty-five years of living in Louisville has not diminished J.J. Boudreaux’s memory of the Sno-Balls he enjoyed almost every summer evening when he was a kid in New Orleans. Even as an adult, whenever he returned to the Big Easy for a visit, he would walk down the street for a Sno-Ball.
