The building that several years ago once housed Tony Roma’s — a ribs and BBQ chain — has gotten an extreme makeover and is reborn as Brasserie Provence.
Brasserie Provence is a Provencal style French Brasserie offering classical and Southern France specialties.
Owner Guy Genoud (pronounced “Gee Zhe-nood”), a native of Cannes and Chef de Cuisine Edoardo Bacci are offering a large selection of mid-priced lunch and dinner fare and daily plat du jour, just like you will find in Provence.
Brasserie Provence is located in Forum shopping center at 150 N. Hurstbourne Parkway. They are open Monday through Saturday from 11am – 2pm for lunch and 5pm – 10pm for dinner. A daily happy hour (4pm – 6pm) will offer food and drink specials (at the bar only). Although still under construction, you can find their web site here — brasserieprovence.com.
