On July 25, the first Louisville-area outlet of Bubba’s 33, a family sports bar and restaurant concept from the Texas Roadhouse organization, will open at 4631 Medical Plaza Way in Clarksville, Ind. The Indiana restaurant will be the 12th location of the growing chain; other stores are located in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Indiana, among other states.
The new Bubba’s 33 will have three seating areas, a family-focused dining room, an adult-oriented bar, and a patio space with a regulation corn hole pit. There will be TVs galore for patrons to catch their favorite game, of course.
The menu will offer chicken with two types of bacon, chili-rubbed salmon with honey lime sauce, smoked chipotle wings, a spicy Habanero burger,, a pork tenderloin sandwich, shrimp po’boy and 12-inch and 16-inch pizzas, including a Philly cheesesteak pizza.
There will be beer 18 beers on tap, including a red ale specially brewed by Budweiser called Bubba Dub.
The restaurant will serve dinner only during the week. Its hours of operation run from 4 p.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, but open at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, too, Friday through Sunday.
