One example the press release gives is beer-battered fish with kimchi and French fries.

A variety of shared plates including smoked duck flat bread, polenta fries, Kentucky lamb sliders, and kale salad are served “quick service” style, with ordering at the bar, and the dishes run out to the table. Full table service for dinner begins at 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
