Edibles & Potables: Pickleball is NOT a trendy rolled appetizer preserved in vinegar or brine
Consequently, one purpose-built pickleball venue with all the amenities is already functional (“Goodbounce Pickleball Yard opens off River Road in Louisville“) and now another is on the way. Pickle & Social is slated to open this fall at 8100 Lyndon Park Lane.

The 35,000-square-foot complex will have 12 pickleball courts: seven will be fully air-conditioned, two will be covered and three will be outdoors. Within the venue, there will be an 8,500-square-foot full-service restaurant, as well as a bourbon bar and tasting room. There will also be a second-floor rooftop bar and patio, as well as two large indoor bays with Full Swing golf and multisport simulators.
