Thursday, Nov. 9, from 6-9 p.m., Gordon Biersch Restaurant and Brewery, Fourth St. Live, will celebrate Veterans’ Day with a special tapping of their Veterans Day IPA, $3 pint drafts of the American IPA style ale, and bluegrass music by the Whiskey Bent Valley Boys.
Proceeds from this Veterans Day Beer Tapping Party will benefit Active Heroes, a charity with the mission to support all U.S. military service members, veterans and their families through physical, educational, and emotional programs in an effort to eliminate suicide, according to the charity’s website.
