Need a steaming bowl of curly noodles in broth? Ramen is turning up on restaurant menus more and more these days, and Lydia House in Germantown, 1101 Lydia St., is the latest to add a made-from-scratch version to their menu.
As reported in the Courier-Journal, three flavors will be available starting Friday, Jan 22: pork belly, chicken and a vegetarian mushroom/tofu, served during regular dinner hours, 6-9 p.m. If it seems to be a hit, though, owner Emily Ruff hopes to add late-night hours just for the popular noodle dish, which will be priced at $10 to $14 at dinner.
