Trifecta, a new restaurant at 1971 Brownsboro Road in Louisville, portrays itself as a “vice for the indecisive.” It is a remodeled former day care center with a food court vibe via stations where customers order customized burritos, pizza and salad.
Co-owner Christopher Seckman is known to many for his long-running North End Cafe, which ended in 2020. Louisville Business First’s Haley Cawthon has much more on the story.
The more than 5,000-square-foot restaurant has seating for about 80 people inside and on the patio. As a quick-service concept, Trifecta has also installed a drive through that offers a more limited selection of its menu offerings and will eventually offer delivery.
Current hours at Trifecta are 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Breakfast will be added once staffing is available.
