Chef Scott Dickenson reinterprets far-flung comfort food favorites ranging from poutine to ramen. This restaurant’s smartly pared-down menu makes quite an impact with something interesting for everyone–meat lovers and vegetarians alike.
In June 2021, Chef Scott Dickenson became an operating partner in 1816 Modern Kitchen, which opened in late August of 2019. Earlier this week, Dickenson assumed full ownership of the restaurant, a happy occasion documented in this video.
