On Thursday, November 18 Lou Lou Food + Drink (108 Sears Avenue) will present Dan-O’s Seasoning “Yum Yum Get Cha Some Night” from 5:00 p.m. until closing, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting EPEK International.

In a submitted news release, Lou Lou Food + Drink‘s owner Jared Fox Matthews explained his support for EPEK International:

“I have spent a lot of time in Afghanistan teaching the children and young adults so they can have a better future. 

With the recent activity that has taken place in Afghanistan, EPIK International is helping supply food and medical assistance for the Afghan people.”

It turns out that Matthews once employed Dan “Dan-O’s” Oliver at his Diamond Pub & Billiards. On “Yum Yum Get Cha Some Night,” Oliver will bring his arsenal of seasonings into the Lou Lou kitchen for these dishes:
