In celebration of Independence Day, Garage Bar, 700 E. Market St., will serve cookout-style fare on Monday, July 4th, beginning at 11a.m.
Menu items are will include classic backyard barbecue fare such as Berkshire hot dogs, cheeseburgers, ribs, corn, tomato salad and potato salad.
In a press release, Chef Richard Sible said, ”Our fantastic team is preparing cookout classics with a Garage Bar twist, using locally sourced ingredients. These aren’t the hot dogs of your youth.”
Signature Garage Bar menu items such as pizzas and cocktails will also be available at this event.
