Big news! Later this month, @nochemexicanbbq is set to open their second Louisville location in #Paristown here at The Village Market Food Hall. Stay tuned for an official opening date to eat, laugh, make memories, and celebrate familia.

The current lineup of independent restaurants at The Village Market currently includes Bunz Burgerz, Sarap (Filipino Eatery), Jeff’s Donuts and Banditz Pizza. Absent any appreciable ado, the food hall apparently has shed Ramble Fried Chicken and Taco Rito in recent months following brief tenures.

An exact opening date has not been pegged as of this writing.

Opening in late November, Diaz said Noche Mexican BBQ will offer familiar favorites from their menu including tacos, burritos and quesadillas featuring signature proteins like smoked brisket, chicken tinga, al pastor and carnitas. Armadillo eggs (bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños), smoked wings, carne asada fries and other options will be available along with seasonal beverages.

And, this word about operating hours at The Village Market.

Noche Mexican BBQ will be open seven days per week inside The Village Market Food Hall & Bar. Restaurant operating hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Jeff’s Donuts maintains special operating hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
