Saturday, Sept. 17, Louisville’s Asia Institute — Crane House, 1244 S. Third St. will celebrate Asian culture with its second Annual Ramen Night. Sponsored by Louisville’s Crane House Young Professionals, the event will feature three different types of chef-prepared ramen, desserts from The Arctic Scoop and beverages provided by Hillbilly Tea.
Chef Griffin Paulin, who has been chef at Over the 9, Game, and Ten Tables will prepare both
hot and cold ramen. Charim, 4123 Oechsli Ave. in St. Matthews, will also serve Korean food.
Asia Institute-Crane House has offered a wide range of events to educate the Louisville community about Asian cultures since 1987. The Crane House Young Professionals executive committee represent seven Asian countries.
Tickets to the Annual Ramen Night are $18 for members, $23 for nonmembers, and $30 at the door. Tickets can be purchased here.
