Starting Wednesday, Oct. 11, Equus & Jack’s Lounge chef-owner Dean Corbett will launch a monthly pop-up dinner series featuring guest chefs from around the region. The first such guest chef will be a Lousivillian, Mirin’s Griffin Paulin.
Future dinners will welcome guest chefs including Holly Hill Inn’s Ouita Michel, Deb Paquette of Nashville and Hilton Head Island’s Clayton Rollison. The cost of the four-course dinners will be $79 per person or $150 for two people. Drinks will be available for purchase at an additional cost.
“I’m looking forward to welcoming these guest chefs into my restaurant and making them feel right at home,” chef Corbett stated in a press release. “In return, we combine our time and talents to offer Equus & Jack’s Lounge guests a unique dining experience that can’t be replicated.”
Upcoming guest chefs include:
· Nov. 15, 2017- Ouita Michel from Ouita Michel Family of Restaurants
· Jan. 17, 2018- Clayton Rollison from Hilton Head Island’s Lucky Rooster
· March 14, 2018- Deb Paquette from Nashville’s Etch and Etc.
There will be a break for the month of December for the holiday season. February’s guest chef will be announced closer to the date.
