Les Dames d’Escoffier Kentucky is kicking off the summer season June 23 at 5 p.m. with a 3-course-meal featuring paella, a classic Spanish dish served at festivals and family gatherings. The menu is created by Dame Chef Gail Crawford and will take place at Spade and Table Certified Organic Farm. The dinner will include a tour of the farm by Dame Lisa Windhorst and her husband Jeff, featuring their organic and sustainable farming practices. Guests will also be able to stop at the Farm Stand before they leave to purchase just-picked produce to take home! Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased online. Proceeds will benefit the Les Dames KY Scholarship Fund.
