Thursday (June 17) kicks off the post-pandemic era at Wiltshire on Market, located at 636 E Market. Wiltshire will begin renewed operations with business hours of 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday, and 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Chef Akeem Norris will be taking the helm at Wiltshire on Market, after a stint on the company’s food truck. He will be joined by bar manager and front-of-house manager Aaron Price, who previously served as the beverage director over operations at the Speed Museum, and veteran Market Street Chef Joe Frase. In total, the restaurant will have about seven or eight employees initially.
