A new small plate, wine-centric restaurant, Cuvée Wine Table, overseen by Master Sommelier Scott Harper opens tonight, Friday, May 12 at 3598 Springhurst Blvd.
Harper’s wine program will include wines from around the world, chosen for their strong value relative to their cost. Guests can choose from a variety of pours including 2 ounces, a 6 ¼ ounce or a full bottle.
A small plates menu created by Executive Chef Edoardo Bacci and chef de cuisine Brandon Noe includes salads, house made flatbread pizza and sweets. Diners can find polenta fries with garlic aioli; Israeli salad with parsley lemon vinaigrette; smoked duck flatbread with aged balsamic; and Chifeletti with chocolate ganache. Sandwiches at lunch only include Kentucky lamb sliders, braised pork belly BLT and grilled cheese with local Capriole Farm goat cheese. At dinner, there will be choices such as cast iron provoleta, crab bruschetta and mussels and chorizo with fennel white wine sauce. A rotating daily entrée will be available as well.
Cuvée Wine Table will also be open for wine tastings, pairing events and workshops run by Harper and his staff. Cuvée’s bar will also offer craft beer, with wine happy hour specials seven days a week from 3 to 7 p.m.
Cuvée is open now for full table service dinner Sunday through Thursday from 3 until 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 3 until 11 p.m. Fast-casual lunch service from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. will start in the near future.
