In anticipation of Catoctin Creek’s expansion to Kentucky, master distiller Becky Harris has partnered with Executive Chef Cody Stone to offer a four-course meal at Decca on Tuesday, August 14, from 7 to 9 p.m. Each course will be paired with a cocktail featuring Catoctin Creek’s award-winning rye or gin. The menu will also feature ingredients from Duck Duck Beet Farm, Rivercrest Farm, Marksbury Farm, Grateful Greens, Happy Jack Farm, J Bros Tomatoes, Barr Farm, Rootbound Farm, and Dave The Mountain Man.The cost for the dinner is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Duck Liver Terrine: cherry mostarda, pickled vegetables, charred bread
Paired with a Manhattan: Catoctin Creek Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters, Cherry

Watermelon Salad: whipped feta, cherry tomatoes, chermoula, jalapeno
Paired with a Watermelon Smash: Catoctin Creek American Gin, watermelon, basil, soda
Third Course:
Wood-grilled Ribeye: borlotti beans, heirloom tomatoes, blue cheese, crispy onions
Paired with cask strength Catoctin Rye Whiskey on the rocks

Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake: chocolate mousse, sorghum ice cream
