Louisville’s first sponsored No Kid Hungry Dinner is coming to Proof on Main and 21C Museum Hotel on August 8, with host chef Jonathan Searle leading a team of regional guest chefs in support of No Kid Hungry’s efforts to ensure every child has healthy food every day.
The No Kid Hungry Kentucky campaign is a partnership between Share Our Strength and Kentucky Association of Food Banks committed to ending childhood hunger in Kentucky by ensuring kids get the food they need.
Chef Searle’s passion for No Kid Hungry, both as dinner and cause, was revealed in a post at Facebook.

Regional guest chefs in the Proof kitchen with Searle will be Andrew McCabe (bar Vetti, Louisville, KY); Newman Miller (Star Hill Provisions at Maker’s Mark Distillery, Loretto, KY); Travis Milton (Shovel and Pick, Bristol, VA); Annie Pettry (Decca, Louisville); and Ryan Santos (Please, Cincinnati, OH).
