Tomorrow, August 16, Blackberry Farm and Proof on Main are offering lamb canapes and cocktails followed by a four course meal by Executive Chef Mike Wajda, featuring Freedom Run Farm lamb paired with Blackberry Farm beers. The dinner is part of the Proof on Main Fork & Bottle series and begins at 6:30 p.m. Blackberry Farm’s Roy Milner and Matty Hargrove will be speaking throughout the evening, educating diners about the Tennessee Smoky Mountains farm.
